Real estate investor and musician Chris Wark was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer in 2003, at 26 years old. After surgery, he refused chemotherapy and chose nutrition and natural therapies to heal his body. As a young child Pat was labeled “Learning disabled with Speech Deficiencies” and put into special classes. Throughout his teenage years he struggled to find his purpose failing forward through life and trying everything including 2 years as a 4th string player (benchwarmer) on the lacrosse team. He graduated college with a degree in Sociology and a 2.6 GPA. Jumping into Real Estate straight out of college after being turned down for several corporate sales positions, Pat sold 10 homes his first year earning a total of $13,200.  Through consistent application of 6 steps, Pat grew his real estate business each and every year. Marco was born 3 months premature and would later be diagnosed with cerebral palsy. This diagnosis meant he needed a lot of physical rehab and it left him having to use his wheelchair to get around. Despite all of this, he first started speaking in front of large audiences at the age of 10; it was then that he realized the impact that words can have. Since then, he's been involved with a number of organizations as a spokesperson, helping to spread advocacy for persons with disabilities across Canada, and proving that anything is possible when you invest the right kind of energy and creativity.
